  • FAQ

1. What is the MIK-MPP500 economy multi-parameter water analyzer?

The MIK-MPP500 is an integrated cabinet analyzer for online water quality monitoring, with a colour touch screen and a compact 500 × 400 × 200 mm cabinet. It is used in urban and rural water supply facilities, tap water distribution networks, secondary water supply systems, household taps, indoor swimming pools, large purification units and direct drinking water systems.

2. Which parameters can it measure?
  • Turbidity: 0–1 / 0–20 / 0–100 / 0–2000 NTU
  • Residual chlorine, chlorine dioxide or ozone: 0–5 mg/L or 0–20 mg/L
  • pH / ORP (optional): 0–14 pH, ±2000 mV
  • Conductivity (optional): 0–20,000 μS/cm, or 0–20 μS/cm with the pure water sensor
  • Temperature: 0–50 °C

Please tell us which parameters you need so we can confirm the configuration.

3. How accurate is each parameter?
  • Turbidity: 2% or ±0.02 NTU (10% or 0.5 NTU on the 0–2000 NTU range)
  • Residual chlorine: ±0.05 mg/L or ±5% (DPD comparison error ±10%)
  • pH / ORP: ±0.1 pH, ±20 mV or ±2%
  • Conductivity: ±0.8% FS (±3% FS with the pure water sensor)
  • Temperature: ±0.5 °C
4. Can it measure low turbidity in drinking water?

Yes. Turbidity resolution is 0.001 NTU on the 0–1, 0–20 and 0–100 NTU ranges, with a detection limit of 0.005 NTU, zero drift ≤1.5%, indication stability ≤1.5% and repeatability ≤1%. It is designed for tap water (0.1–1 NTU) and purified water (0.001–0.1 NTU).

5. Can it measure pure water conductivity?

Yes. In addition to the standard 0–20,000 μS/cm range, an optional pure water conductivity sensor covers 0–20 μS/cm with an accuracy of ±3% FS.
