These accessories are used for installing pH sensors and controllers on site.

The installation box is used to house the pH controller or its connections on site, helping to protect them and keep the installation tidy. Dimensions are shown in the drawing on this page. Please contact us to confirm the model that suits your controller.

The installation bracket is used to hold the pH electrode in position at the measuring point, for example at the edge of a tank or channel, so that the sensor stays at a stable depth and can be removed easily for cleaning and calibration.

A pH electrode produces a very small, high-impedance signal that is sensitive to interference over long cables. A pH signal amplifier is generally installed near the electrode to condition the signal, so it can be transmitted more reliably over longer distances to the controller. Please tell us your cable length so we can confirm whether an amplifier is recommended.

A sheath (protective tube) holds the electrode and protects it during immersion installation. A stainless steel sheath is typically used for general applications, and a PTFE sheath is typically chosen for corrosive media. Please tell us your medium so we can recommend the right material.

The accessories are designed for Asmik pH sensors, such as the MIK-pH6001 (3/4" NPT) and MIK-pH6002 (PG13.5). Because electrode threads and sizes differ, please tell us your electrode model when ordering.

They are used with Asmik pH controllers such as the MIK-PH6.5, MIK-PH6.8 and MIK-DC2000.

Immersion installation with a sheath and bracket is common for open tanks, basins and channels. In-line installation with a threaded fitting is common for pipes. The choice depends on your measuring point, process pressure and access for maintenance.

Please tell us your installation environment. For outdoor sites, protection against rain, direct sunlight and temperature extremes should be considered for the controller and connections.
